Cloud Signatures Coming Soon to Outlook for Windows<\/h2>\n<p>Launching soon: Your email signature will now be shared across all the Windows (Microsoft 365) or Web Outlook screens that you use. Recall \u2018read\u2019 emails!<\/h2>\n<p>With Microsoft 365, you will now be able recall emails that have been read by the recipient. Changes to the Microsoft Planner digest<\/h2>\n<p>For those people who use Microsoft Planner to schedule their work, you can expect a couple of subtle changes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. The sender display name will change from \u201cMicrosoft Planner\u201d to \u201cMicrosoft on behalf of your organization\u201d. There is no change to the sender email address.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b. There will be some visual updates to the email template design, as attached in the image.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c. New look for Office for the Web<\/h2>\n<p>Changes are coming to the web-browser version of Office. The visuals are changing to be more modern.
