These can&#8217;t be be hidden &#8211;\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 14px;\">after all, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">everyone needs to use it to access files.\u00a0 So someone can, accidentally, access this folder and move or delete files.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We can get files back, so long as we find out while they are still held in the backup rotation.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Finally, we&#8217;d note that this isn&#8217;t unique to IDM &#8211; the way it works is common to a number of document management tools)<\/em><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Be careful with what you delete.
