{"id":2548,"date":"2018-06-03T12:57:31","date_gmt":"2018-06-03T00:57:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kinetics.co.nz\/?p=2548"},"modified":"2018-06-03T12:57:31","modified_gmt":"2018-06-03T00:57:31","slug":"when-is-windows-10-now-windows-11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.kinetics.co.nz\/?p=2548","title":{"rendered":"When does Windows 10 become Windows 11?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When Microsoft released Windows 10, they said it would be the last version \u2013 but that hasn\u2019t stopped them enhancing it.\u00a0 The updates available in the April 2018 (Version \u201c1803\u201d) release continue to refine it in small but useful ways that add up to a significant improvement.\u00a0 \u00a0Unfortunately, the update is significant and while it installs perfectly on most machines, we have encountered a few problems on a small number of devices (e.g. a specific Intel hard disk).\u00a0 The install is quite disruptive.\u00a0 For clients with Kinetics KARE (on either our Core Fundamentals or Premium KARE plans), we&#8217;ll upgrade you under the programme, but with great care! Our KARE team are being cautious to minimise inconvenience to our customers but hope to complete this over the next 6-8 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s two great new features in this update that caught my eye.<\/p>\n<p>[header2 text=&#8221;1.
