We’ve been partnering with Vorco<\/a> for telecommunications for some time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They reminded us that they are good at helping our clients\u00a0 save money on their calling and internet costs.<\/h3>\n

Simply take a current telecommunication bill, and redact the costs.\u00a0 Redact your business name as well if you want.\u00a0 Pass it to us and we will ask Vorco to provide a quote.<\/strong> Anecdotally, we’ve seen savings of up to 50%!<\/p>\n

If you use Teams for Voice, they include reporting for free, which is something that excited us.\u00a0 They’ve also got “Denial of Service” reporting.<\/p>\n

We’ve found them to be more personal and caring.\u00a0 When a client in Ponsonby had internet issues, the Vorco guy said “Oh thats just down the road from us” and walked down to the store to have a look.\u00a0 Can you imagine Spark or One doing that?\u00a0 \u00a0For ourselves, when a builder cut our internet cable,they jumped to our help, escalated the service and even paid a callout fee on our behalf to get it resolved urgently!\u00a0 It is no surprise that we are fans!!<\/p>\n
