We’re experiencing an extra heavy call volume today and it’s proving challenging to respond as quickly as normal.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It’s been brought on by an apparent Microsoft change resulting in unexpected Windows 11 upgrades.\u00a0 These are\u00a0happening to a number of devices even if they were set to stay on Windows 10.\u00a0 In some cases, impacted devices may do an automatic reboot without warning.<\/p>\n

We’re working through the call volumes as quickly as possible and thank clients for their understanding.
