What is Microsoft Designer?<\/h2>\n

If you have had fun with ChatGPT, (ChatGPT, write me a security policy in the theme of a country and western ballad) then you\u2019ll love experimenting with Microsoft Designer.<\/p>\n

Just login to Microsoft Designer – Stunning designs in a flash<\/a>. At this stage, it is \u2018preview\u2019 and when I tested it, I was only able to login using my personal Microsoft account, not my work one.<\/p>\n

Designer lets you import images from your phone, drop box or Google.\u00a0 Amazingly Microsoft haven\u2019t included their own stable – OneDrive and Teams are not yet there.\u00a0 That tells you this is highly an experimental product and we\u2019re likely to see it evolve quickly.\u00a0 \u00a0Treat it as a taste of things to come.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_4,3_4″ _builder_version=”4.17.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”4.17.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.17.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]

AI makes things interesting.\u00a0<\/h2>\n

It will overlay images, and add special effects.\u00a0<\/h4>\n

The one I experimented with was \u2018erase\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n

AI means that Designer can figure what might have been behind something,<\/p>\n

What I couldn\u2019t do was convert an existing photo into a different style, such as and old master or a watercolour.<\/p>\n

But I could get it to make a little banner up from a photo and it removed the image background, added some text and so forth automatically.<\/p>\n
